I paid for premium and have been trying to access the website or play games. The site has repeating issues with connecting, notifying of a players turn, loading the game pages and updates the games history along.
When trying to get a refund, there is no way. There is no way to contact about the issue.
I've written you directly on facebook over a week ago however you don't respond to anything outside of this forum. There is no way to privately advise of my issue or contact you about the issues. So I've written this in hopes someone will actually get back to me. • Hvilken browser bruger du?
