I tried a couple of times during several turns and at different points during the game to use my tile where I can give away half of my pirates. The tile was always actived that I could use it but whenever I tried to use it to get rid off some of my pirates i got the message that this action is yet not possible. furthermore, also during this game I tried to get bread or money in the dity at the lower left corner and for some reason I always got wood. I had no chance in switching. Whatever I tried it was just wood.

With the tile I tried to click on it to active it like the other tiles too and in the city I tried to place my meeples which worked but I couldn't choose the city to vote for to get the right resource.
