Hi Hulb,
the rules are available in english in the "Rules Summary" of the game page or on the table under "How to play?".
Both refer the rules using the BGA-Wiki-System.
A direct link would be nice, will add those as link to BGG in the next days. But this will be the same info as in the mentioned section above.
