In my opinion, doubling should be considered an integral part of playing backgammon. It makes for a much more interesting and fair match. Any one individual game can go either way depending on the luck of the dice. A match spread over several games is much more about the skill and strategy used by the players. Any League or tournament must use doubling to be taken seriously.

This are integral basic rules of the game. BGA could atract thousands of serious players (premium) if it would complete the implementation of basic rules.
1.) Offer define games as Best of 3/5/7/9/11 and for tournament semifinals and finals Best of 3 of 3, Best of 5 of 5, Beswt of 7 of 7 or any possible permutation of those
2.) aply game valueat the end of the game, (1/2/3/4) depending on the game position of the looser
3.) offering double dice (2/4/8/16/32/64) for competitive gameplay

offering this ruleset as extension, available for premium players and define setup in Arena matches as games Best of 3 in the initial leagues and best of 5 for diamond and up.

I was surprised BGA only supports Best of 1. Best of 3 should be considered the minimum for backgammon. When to use the Doubling Cube is a major part of the strategy.

doubling is what makes Backgammon a real strategic game. Without it, it is purely a game of luck. It is an essential basic part of Backgammon. Without this critical part of Backgammon this may as well still be removed from BGA completely

Backgammon is implemented only partial at BGA. I already invited several friends to play here, but the poor implementation made them go back to the sites with a complete implementation of Backgammon, such as being able to define matches Best of 3-101, Best of 3-101 matches with 3-11 sets, Doubling cube and the cube related rules, such as crawford.
I would be available to support such an implementation.

F5 n'a pas résolu le problème
Problème apparu qu'une fois mais impossibilité de jouer car "partie en cours" je devais donc annuler la partie qui a buggé pour pouvoir continuer à jouer

I agree, why is the BGA version limited to one round with no doubling for weighted points per round?

All of the above is true. Typical tournament final scores should be 5, 7, and 9 at a minimum, but 15, 17, and 25 should also be possible. For completeness, note that many tournaments have 11 or 13 as the match total.

Also, there should be a way to change the point total for the final match of the tournament; a typical tournament might have 17 as point totals for all games until the finals, and that match will be out of 25.

I think adding the betting die, which would impact potential elo points lost or won would be awesome! It would add another level of strategy and be truer to the real game.
