Sometimes, a player is confident that they want to stay as soon as their turn starts (no matter what else happens at the table). Right now, this means waiting until their turn comes up, (potentially making other players wait for some amount of time), then clicking "Stay."
I think it would be great if there was a button to "stay on next turn," which would be available anytime outside of the player's turn. If the player clicked this button, then the game would automatically execute a "stay" on their next turn. (The option would reset if the player was forced to pass because of a Freeze or if the round ended because someone else Flipped 7.)
This would be convenient for the player (because they wouldn't have to come back to the table just to click "Stay"), and convenient for everyone else at the table (because they wouldn't have to wait for a trivial action to happen). The impact would be biggest in turn-based games.
Other games on BGA have a similar mechanic: for instance, boardgamearena.com/gamepanel?game=terraformingmars.
