Would be nice if the board was always oriented towards you. In the physical game I suspect players would sit behind their side.• Hvilken browser bruger du?

In the physical game, you do indeed sit on your color's side of the board. This has come up as a suggestion before, and I'm resistant for a few reasons:
1. it would require major redesign of board position and animation logic (CSS transforms break slideTo effects).
2. It would lead to confusion for players teaching or asking questions about the game using the "Show Cursor" feature.
3. It would multiply the possibility of interface bugs and make them way harder to resolve.
I'm under the impression that not enough people would benefit from this feature to justify these difficulties, but I will leave it open in case I'm wrong about that and enough people vote on it.

fair enough. i don't think its worth it if its difficult to implement as it has some draw backs as well as you state.

In both of the games I have been in, other players place tracks for the wrong player, and one of the players mentioned that it also happened in his previous game. For sure, always being the player at the bottom of the screen would match intuition more. It isn't a huge deal, but it kind of ruins that particular game.
Another possible fix would be to let the undo button be used even after the turn has ended, as long as no decisions by other players (like how to split up gems after collisions, or jewel reveals) have happened. Then, once a player realizes that they have placed track for the wrong player, they could redo their turn. This isn't as nice a fix, in that it doesn't force players to visualize the outcome of their move as well.
Another suggestion is to just heavily highlight the current player, to make it really hard to miss whose turn it is.

I have added a warning if you are ending your turn with no tracks connected to your side, which should help on the first turn of the game. I would rather lean toward additional highlighting animations if this continues to be a problem.

In turn-based games. Players have to check their sides each turn. They can hardly remember the situation of each game. Warning maybe not enough.

In turn-based games. Before I take up my action, First I have to check Action Panel to find my color(All my cart are running on the board). then I find my side and take up my action.

I like this idea. When I play more turn-based games, it is often confusing to me, when i switch between the tables.
I understand the arguments against this idea.
Maybe another option could be to mark the own mine entries with a box/line(s) around it. This would also make the game more easier for beginners. Because in the beginning orientation on the board is quite hard and you need some time to understand were to start.

I keep accidentally playing another player’s color in turn based games due to the inconsistent board orientation, essentially spoiling the game.
I realize this may or may not be easy to implement but would be quite a welcome change to all the people accidentally doing it and those they play with.
