This error occurred while the other player still had time left. It says the other player "quit or was out of time", but how does one even "quit"? If this message is supposed to indicate that the other player conceded the game, it is very misleading. The log says (newest on top):

A new round starts, YoliOrtizFa has the red button card and is therefore the starting player.
I don't see any indication that he "quit" before the error was encountered.

Hello,
In the menue in the top left corner there are lots of options on how to interact. One is Concede, You can only concede in 2 player games (since it may mess up the game if you concede more than 2 player games) which have progressed to a certain point. The result of conceding the game is that you get a loss and the other player gets a win, nothing more, the game ends.
There is however also a 'Quit game' button which you can use to leave any table at any point (even multiplayer games). This will however result in you getting a "leave table" karma pennalty and you lose the game.
So what very likely happened is that the YoliOrtizFa used the Quit game button (instead of the Concede button which could have been used).
