This related to player Theraglo, table 243943550, issue appeared once. It *may* have been due to the player having insufficient silver.

I have also had this bug, I played the upgrade green resources space, completed that part of the turn successfully and the game did not then give me the option to take an emigration action.

I also encountered the same bug.
I only upgraded the green tile and the game ended my action.
I selected a card during the action and the result was the same.

Same as above. Had the Birka Settler card, used the second Oversees Trading space (spending an extra Viking than necessary), had sufficient silver to Emigrate my Knarr. And the game just skipped it.

I just experienced this same bug. I took the action and it didn't prompt me to emigrate, so I didn't click confirm turn and hit Undo. I then tried clicking on the Birka Settler's card first, and it said the occupation can't be used at this time. I tried clicking it both before and after selecting the 2-viking overseas trading space.
No combination of click order would allow me to use it, so I went ahead and clicked to confirm turn and it did the trading then my turn was over.

Oh wait - does the emigrate action still cost the same amount of silver when using the card? Doh! I thought it was a freebie. I only had 1 silver left, so that wouldn't be enough. Nevermind.

The interface did not offer the option to activate Burka Settler after selecting the 2-Viking overseas trading option. I had sufficient silver for the action.

The interface did not offer the option. It just moved to the next player immediately after taking the board action.
