counters that form this chain may move during the turn. To make
it easier to keep track of which MS Pipeline counters have not
moved, the MS Pipeline counters have an “Active” side. If a MS
Pipeline has moved, flip it to the “Moved” side until the start of
the next turn.
Seems the pipeline used to move are not properly reset between turn (only during eco phase?)
Coup 714 - start of blue turn, not able to move any of the 5 pipelines used in previous 2 turns.

Advanced rules are not implemented in BETA version, I should remove option.

There are some part that is implemented, and a message that state those are under construction...
So, yeah, remove the option from beta if you don't have the latest dev in it about that part, but also let us know how/where to help test the alpha? I can't find the game in the games for review that are in alpha...

In fact, option has been removed, but I made a mistake and it appears again.
So I just removed it again.
It is a private alpha, I just invited you but dev is paused by lack of time.
