But i can click everywhere and i can't do anything. And also get the message "connecting with the game.." and the layout is a bit wrecked on mobile.

Just placed a new tile pin wheel to my area and then it asked to recuit a mascot for $5. It say "may", so i think you could also pass it but there is no pass button and i can't click on anything.
