After colonizing a fertile territory, my yellow bank was more full than it was at the beginning of the game, and I was able to increase my population twice for free, when both increases should have cost me 2 food each. After these two free increases, the yellow bank was in its "default" state and had two yellow workers in the right-most section. These cost the normal amount.

I'm guessing that the bug is related to an overflow of the yellow bank.
