F5 did NOT solve the problem, so it must be something to do with the game itself.
The problem appeared more than once and the result is always that there are always less than 18 cards. I didn't notice a pattern in the appearance since I don't count the cards every time but it's a really common bug (and it's weird)

The missing card is the one you have discarded just before.

I cannot see anything wrong.
This is probably some misunderstanding. All discarded and cooked cards are put back to the deck after cooking (this is not done "visible").
