Rapporthistorik
Which means if you have 2 hex move, you should be able to do one move to openspace, and one move along a pipeline to difficult hex - or one move along a pipeline to difficult hex, and one move into openspace.
(difficult hex: asteroids/nebulae... and I guess blackhole)
