Rather, let me attempt to describe textually what happens:
1) Click a task token to be swapped; the buttons "Pass" and "Cancel" appear in the status bar.
2) Click "Cancel"—literally nothing happens. (I didn't test whether clicking "Pass" would work because I didn't want to screw up my team's chances of completing the mission.)
Since 2 didn't work, I hit F5 to refresh, and the interface went back to a state before step 1 had happened: no task token was selected.
Playing around further, I completed step 1 as above, but then tried a different step 2, as follows:
2a) Click a task for the task token to be moved to; the buttons "Pass", "Cancel", and "Confirm" now appear in the status bar.
3) Click "Cancel"—the cancellation works in this circumstance, and the player is returned to the state where no task token has been selected.
In summary, clicking a task token presents the user with the options to "Pass" or "Cancel", but the "Cancel" button doesn't work at all; the user has to proceed further with the action that is to be cancelled /before/ cancellation is actually accepted by BGA.
FWIW, this was move #3184 at the above table.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
