In the above mentioned game I wanted to build at the cathedral and clicked the corresponding action button. Unfortunalty I misslooked my ressources, so I could build at the cathedral. BUT I had enoug ressources to build one of my building on hand. There is an automation imprelemented, that directly build without prompting my conformation the only possible thing, so the little church was build in place for the cathedral an the turn closed. As this was not the move I wanted to do, the move was wasting my strategy in mind, so I left the game, probably with punishment.• Hvilken browser bruger du?

In the example above it let me to ruin the game for me. In other cases it's annoying. Even if it's not part of that game but a general thing, I place it here, so the developer or better the CGO (Chief Gaming Operative) can discuss the matter.
Example in "Wonderful world", the last card. Usually I have to pick a card and decide to do what ever with it. So, in my mind I have to click on a card to tell my decision. As the last card is autoselected, I click at the card and deselect it. I'm a little confused, realized what happen and click again at the card.
Exampe in "Caverna", when I place a tile I have to click on the field where I want to play the tile. If there is only one possible place the system autoselect the tile and asked for permission. As I - a human being - have not instant knowledge of the full board-state, I usually do not see (and especially am not interested in) if there is only one possible place. I used to be choose the field, so again I deselect the automated field, I am a little confused, realise what happens and re-select the field.
Automatism is not always a help! Also, sometimes the Clicking is part of the fun (imaging video games like farmerama), as in the above mentioned exampled the click is the tranlastion of the physical and haptic placement of the card or tile.

30. nov 2023 11:29 • I wouldn't be a problem if it let us undo the move, but the game just moves on to the next player with no more input from the one doing the building.
